Keson Graham fell in love with photography in middle school. He became inspired to start taking pictures after watching his peers photograph sporting events. Today, Keson is a photographer for the Decatur High School (DHS) yearbook and president of the photography club. Although Keson photographs most events at DHS, he especially enjoys photographing sports. Keson has also gained experience working in film both, in the production side as well as doing some acting. After graduating in the spring of 2018, he plans to study film or photography in college.

In addition to becoming an accomplished photographer, Keson is also a world traveler. He has been to Turkey, Brazil, Tokyo, the Galapagos, South Africa, Bali, and Jamaica. Despite his desire to venture out in the world he also appreciates living in a small town. Keson resides with his mom and two cats, Beige and Basal, near downtown Decatur. “My favorite thing about living in Decatur is that everything is close by. I can walk everywhere and the people are really nice and friendly.”

When asked if he would like to share something about himself that most people don’t know Keson explained, “ I have Asperger’s. I don’t always look people in the eye because I feel shy sometimes.”
